  14. Amazing is a series of screen savers where you experience a 
  15. variety of incredibly wonderful views in or not in the world.  
  16. It provides not only animations but also sound effects.  A 
  17. major difference between Amazing and other screen savers is that 
  18. Amazing is designed from the point of art - It is a life art! 
  19. In this part, Seasons, You will experience the same valley in 
  20. different seasons: Eagles fly and sing over forest and under 
  21. some happy moving clouds... Enjoy it!

  24.  The SETUP.EXE will copy five files into your windows directory:

  26.  az_sn.src  -- The main executable file of Amazing I - Seasons;

  46. Savervisor(V3.0) is a Screen Saver and Wall Paper Manager packed 
  47. with Amazing. It provides following functions:
  48.  
  49.   - It appears as an icon that allows you launch a screen saver
  50.     instantly by a single click of RIGHT mouse button. Note: You
  51.     have to select a saver in Savervisor's setup screen in order
  52.     to have Savervisor launch when clicking at its icon with RIGHT
  53.     mouse button.
  54.  
  55.   - It allows you specify the sensitive areas where you can click
  56.     the RIGHT mouse button to launch a saver instantly.
  57.  
  58.   - It provide saver scheduling capability.  That is, it allows
  59.     you specify what saver to be activate at a specified hour
  60.     through a week.  It also allows you switch savers through
  61.     all the savers in your Windows directory and specify switchng
  62.     period.

  64.   - It can be run in a INVISIBLE mode. With this great feature,
  65.     you can just put it into Windows Startup group in Program 
  66.     Manager and forget it: It will take care all the management 
  67.     tasks while you never realize it is working for you!

  69.   - It can be set to "Always on top" to increase your
  70.     accessibility to its features.

  72.   - It can display(illustrate) all the screen savers in your
  73.     Windows directory in different styles(ONCE, CIRCLE, and RANDOM).

  75.   - It works as the saver section of Windows Desktop
  76.     allowing you select, setup, and test a screen saver from
  77.     within its setup screen.

  79.   - It provides a very strong wall paper management capability.

  81.     First, it allows you to specify any BMP files as your
  82.     Wallpaper from anywhere of your file system(including hard,
  83.     network, and CD drives) in a particular hour through a week.

  85.     Secondly, it allows you schedule BMP files as your 
  86.     Wallpaper by specifying switching period through your
  87.     file system.

  90.     Finally, it can "walk" you through the entire file system
  91.     (including hard, network, and CD drives).  That is, it
  92.     displays all the BMP files in your file system one after 
  93.     another as wall paper - You can see exactly how the BMP file 
  94.     looks as a Wallpaper on your screen instead of a single BMP 
  95.     image(specially, when Tile function is set). You can choose 
  96.     from either automatic or clicking to switch images when BMP is 
  97.     illustrated.

  99.   - It also provides some other function such as tile setting.

  103. How to use Savervisor:
  104.  
  105.   - There are at least three ways to use it:
  106.       1). Always running and INVISIBLE.  You can set its running
  107.           mode into INVISIBLE and put it into Startup group of 
  108.           Windows Program Manager so that Savervisor is launched 
  109.           automatically when you start your Windows.  In this way, 
  110.           Savervisor will work in background - You will never see 
  111.           it while it is working for you: carrying out all the tasks 
  112.           according to you Saver schedule and Wallpaper
  113.           schedule, launching savers instantly when you click the
  114.           RIGHT mouse button at the area you specify.

  117.       2). Always running but visible. In this way, you can access
  118.           setup screen of Savervisor by a double click at its 
  119.           running icon#. For easy access, you can set it ALWAYS ON TOP.
  120.       3). Use it to setup you wall paper or select a screen saver
  121.           and turn it off after setup.

  123.   - After Launching Savervisor from Program Manager, You will see
  124.     an animation icon at the top left corner of your screen if
  125.     it is set to visible mode. Note: But you will see nothing
  126.     if it is set to INVISIBLE mode.  In this case, You can
  127.     either launch it again or go to the system menu of Program
  128.     Manager(Single clicking at the top-left corner of Program
  129.     Manager to bring up the system menu).

  131.     When you try launch Savervisor while it is already running,
  132.     you will bring up a dialog box instead of launching a second 
  133.     instance of Savervisor.  In this dialog box, you can either 
  134.     change Savervisor's running mode, for example, from INVISIBLE 
  135.     into visible or you can shut it down.  You have to turn its 
  136.     running mode to visible in order to access its setup screen.

  139.    - To access Savervisor's setup screen, you need to double
  140.      click at the running icon.
  141.    - You must bring up the setup screen of Savervisor in order
  142.      to turn it off.
  143.    - Clicking the RIGHT mouse button on the Savervisor icon or
  144.      any sensitive areas that you specify will enable the 
  145.      current screen saver in Windows Desktop and selecting any 
  146.      screen saver in the setup screen of Savervisor has the some 
  147.      effect of selecting a saver in Windows Desktop.

  149. The setup.exe will allow you to specify the target directory
  150. where the Savervisor will reside and create a group for Savervisor in
  151. Program Manager.  It will copy following files into the target directory:
  152.  
  153.   saverv.exe - Savervisor;
  154.   readme.txt - this file;
  155.   saverv.txt - the same as this file but used by setup screen of 
  156.                Savervisor;
  157.   regist.wav - WAV used to setup screen;
  158.   utility1.dll - an utility required by Savervisor.

  162.  Why use Savervisor with Amazing?
  163.    There are at least two reasons to use Savervisor with Amazing:
  164.       1). Savervisor enable you to launch Amazing instantly by a
  165.           single RIGHT mouse button click.
  166.       2). Savervisor provides schedule system which allows you
  167.           arrange your favorite savers and wallpaper in your style.
  168.       3). Its INVISIBLE feature allows you to "forget " it while
  169.           it is working for you.

  175. TroubleShooting:
  176.     -  Q: I have a multimedia system, with .WAV capability, and
  177.           in fact, 
  178.           I hear .WAV files with most every application.  
  179.           Why can I NOT hear sounds with your screen saver?  
  180.           (The Sounds option is grayed out, and I cannot check
  181.            it.)
  182.        A: The Saver disables Sound option if it does not detect a
  183.           sound device that it knows. You can enforce it accepts
  184.           you sound system by following steps:
  185.               1). disable (turn off) the saver;
  186.               2). open (double click at icon of) file            
  187.  
  188.                   c:\windows\az_sn.ini
  189.                   (assuming c:\windows is your Windows directory)
  190.                    in your windows File Manager;
  191.               3). change 
  192.                       EnforceSoundOn= 0
